I agree that A Square Mode Entertainments or ASM ( commonly known as "A Square London") reserves the right to use all images and videos derived in any format from the Designer before/ during/ after registering with ASM and transform the same into any or all forms of media currently in existance or yet to be created.

In consideration of potential exposure, in association with Vie Fashion Top Model, I, the undersigned, hereby irrevocably consent and agree that the images taken for any purpose, including commercial, advertising, and promotional uses, in any media (including online and social media websites and print media) without any compensation or benefits. The undersigned hereby indemnifies the campaign its shareholders, directors and shareholders from all legal and financial liabilities arising due to submission of this Consent Form. And further acknowledge that Studio partner, event management, main organizer reserves the right to choose, position, caption, and edit the images as determined by Studio partner in their sole discretion. However, Studio partner, event management, main organizer shall not be under any obligation to use any of the images (s) retained in its records, in pursuant to this Consent Form. The undersigned hereby indemnifies the campaign its shareholders, directors and shareholders from all legal and financial liabilities arising due to submission of this Consent Form
